Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Each customer is limited to purchasing one piece per size of the Taipei limited edition.
2. Limited quantities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment methods: Credit card (VISA/Mastercard), electronic payment (Apple Pay/Google Pay/Line Pay, etc.), cash, and mall vouchers.
4. If the product is in a pre-sale state, please pay the full amount and register the relevant information first. The specific delivery time will be notified by email.
5. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and retains the final decision on all terms related to this event.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Please inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage caused by transportation or factory defects, please contact our customer service at
bbk.mo@forward-fashion.com within seven days of the date of receipt (including the day of receipt) and submit a complete unboxing video as proof. Late reports will not be accepted.
2. Once the damage is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be processed based on available stock.
3. The company reserves the right of final interpretation regarding the exchange or refund procedures for damaged goods. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping, customs fees, and taxes incurred during the transportation process.
4. Some products are handcrafted, and as such, minor unavoidable differences in details may occur between different models.
5. The outer packaging of all products is intended to protect the goods from impact damage. Any damage to the outer packaging will not be accepted as a reason for exchange.
6. Slight scratches may occur on the surface of the product, which is a normal condition and will not be accepted as a reason for exchange.
